Introduction from Phillip Greenfield
Welcome to the new Funeral Partners intranet â this represents the next phase in our development giving everyone in the business the ability to communicate with each other in a much more contemporary, convenient and timely way.
This is a very significant investment in improving communications throughout the company and it demonstrates that we are taking the feedback from the Employee Surveys seriously.
The system is primarily designed to ensure that everyone has access to all the important information that they need to carry out their duties e.g. Procedures, Standards, Employee Handbooks, and Training Materials etc.
However it is much more than this in that once it is established it will enable âpeer to peerâ communications between members of the team, between teams and between branches in a similar way to the type of social media we are all used to using outside the work environment. Once this happens it will hopefully become a living journal of life in Funeral Partners, keeping all of us in touch with each other and enabling everyone to share their experiences and news.
I hope you will use the system and gain real value from it.
